FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The following information applies to questions you may have about buying my art. After you have read through this page, if you still don't see your question answered please feel free to send an inquiry email on the Contact page.
Do the paintings come framed or do they need to be framed?
All paintings that are on canvases or wood panel cradeles are ready to hang. No framing is necessary.
Do your original drawings come framed?
No, original drawings come unframed and un-matted.
Can I purchase prints?
Currently, I do not offer prints from the studio.
Are you open to doing commissioned work?
You may email with requests for future paintings. All requests will be considered depending on current workload.
Is shipping included in your prices?
It is not. Please email using the Contact Section with your postal code (if within Canada) or your full shipping address if outside Canada. Include the titles of the paintings you're interested in to request a shipping quote.
Paintings ship out as soon as possible once payment has been received in full and cleared. The utmost care is taken when packing and shipping sold artwork. There may be a period of up to a week to allow for packing of large paintings.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is usually accepted via e-transfer (in Canada) or PayPal (US and elsewhere). Paintings are shipped once payment clears in full.
Can I purchase with a payment plan?
Yes, payment plans are an option and requests for payment plans are always welcome. Once you’ve agreed to a timeline of monthly payments, and your first payment has cleared, your artwork will be marked as “sold” and reserved for you. You will be billed monthly on the agreed-upon schedule. Your artwork will be shipped to you promptly as soon as your final payment clears.
